Welcome to ArtBite Floral. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Delivery/Shipping Policy.

Products & Availability
Our floral arrangements and many of our products are handcrafted using natural and seasonal materials. Product images are intended to represent the overall style and design; actual flowers, colours, greenery, containers, and decorative elements may vary.

Products are subject to availability. When necessary, we may make reasonable substitutions of comparable or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, size, and quality of the design.

Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. ArtBite Floral reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to product availability, incorrect information, payment issues, delivery limitations, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices & Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled at the correct price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Customer & Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, recipient, address, phone, buzzer, and delivery information.

Requested delivery dates and times are subject to availability. Unless specifically confirmed by ArtBite Floral, an exact delivery time is not guaranteed.

Delivery, redelivery, incorrect-address, and recipient-unavailability matters are governed by our Delivery/Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Perishable, Custom & Personalized Products
Fresh flowers, food products, custom designs, personalized items, and other made-to-order products are subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Because flowers are natural and perishable, their appearance and lifespan may vary depending on variety, season, temperature, environment, and care after delivery.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
All cancellations, changes, returns, exchanges, store credits, replacements, and refunds are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and special offers may have additional terms or restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Events & Large Custom Orders
Wedding, corporate, event, funeral, bulk, and other large custom orders may be subject to separate quotations, deposits, cancellation terms, or agreements. Where those terms differ from these general Terms, the terms agreed for the specific order will apply.

Website Use
This website may only be used for lawful purposes. Unauthorized copying, data mining, automated extraction, misuse of accounts, or interference with the operation or security of the website is prohibited.

Website Content & Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including photographs, floral designs, text, graphics, branding, and logos, is owned by or licensed to ArtBite Floral and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Third-Party Services
Our website, payment processing, delivery tools, and other services may be provided through third-party platforms or service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use their services.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
ArtBite Floral is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, road closures, accidents, building or hospital access restrictions, supply interruptions, or similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to complete affected orders as soon as practical.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ArtBite Floral is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party service failures, website interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where liability cannot otherwise be excluded, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. For an order already placed, the version of these Terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
